Healthmine

I developed an integrated digital campaign for Healthmine to promote a three-part webinar series following the release of the 2022 Medicare Advantage Star Ratings. The objective was to drive registrations and position Healthmine as a trusted authority in quality improvement and member engagement.

The campaign translated complex performance data into clear, compelling messaging, highlighting key insights and actionable strategies for achieving and maintaining 4+ Star ratings. Led by Star Ratings expert Melissa Smith, the series focused on helping health plans navigate regulatory changes and improve performance in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Campaign components included digital ads, email marketing, organic social posts, a dedicated landing page for registration, and post-event content such as sound bite graphics and poll results to extend engagement beyond the live sessions.
